Accounts Payable

Having your bills on term accounts with your vendors helps you save time during the week and gives you more control of your cash flow. We will keep you informed with how much is due to each vendor, then we will arrange for payment as well. Payment methods can vary and we’ll find the method that works best for your business.

Accounts Receivable

If you offer catering, you may have to collect payment from clients. We will train you how to enter those invoices through QuickBooks so we can keep an eye out for payments received. A/R reports provided monthly to make sure you’re collecting on all amounts due to you. Customized invoices will add a special touch for your clients to know that you mean business too.
